Flokk Acquires Via Seating from Groupe Lacasse

The deal adds Via Seating (headquartered in Reno, Nevada, ~150 employees) to Flokk's brand portfolio as part of its ongoing US buy-and-build strategy to strengthen its North American presence.

Flokk Acquires Connection Seating Ltd.

Triton portfolio company Flokk has acquired UK-based Connection Seating Ltd., a Huddersfield-headquartered commercial seating and contract furniture manufacturer. The deal expands Flokk's footprint and manufacturing presence in the strategically important UK market, supporting its international growth and increasing its UK revenue run-rate to roughly €30 million.

Flokk Acquires Stylex to Strengthen U.S. Position

The add-on acquisition — expected to close on 31 January 2024 — expands Flokk's U.S. presence, complements its 9to5 Seating brand with Stylex's strength in soft seating, and increases group revenues to about EUR 400 million.

Triton IV Continuation Fund Acquires Flokk Group (Innova Capital Exit)

Innova Capital and its minority co-investors sold their stake in Flokk Group as part of a larger transaction that moved four Triton Fund IV portfolio companies (Assemblin, EQOS, Flokk and Unica) into the newly-formed Triton IV Continuation Fund (TIV CF). The deal represents Innova's final exit from its Innova/5 vehicle and transfers majority-held assets into the continuation fund managed by Triton.
