Triton portfolio company Flokk has acquired UK-based Connection Seating Ltd., a Huddersfield-headquartered commercial seating and contract furniture manufacturer. The deal expands Flokk's footprint and manufacturing presence in the strategically important UK market, supporting its international growth and increasing its UK revenue run-rate to roughly €30 million.

Flokk Acquires Stylex to Strengthen U.S. Position

Flokk, a Triton portfolio company and leading European office-furniture manufacturer, has signed an agreement to acquire U.S.-based Stylex. The add-on acquisition — expected to close on 31 January 2024 — expands Flokk's U.S. presence, complements its 9to5 Seating brand with Stylex's strength in soft seating, and increases group revenues to about EUR 400 million.

LifePort Acquires PAC Seating

LifePort, a portfolio company of Tower Arch Capital, has acquired PAC Seating Systems, a Palm City, Florida-based manufacturer of custom seating solutions for the business jet and VIP aerospace market. The deal expands LifePort's interiors and dynamic seating capabilities and geographic reach; existing PAC Seating operators Jad Azzi and Hector Marini will remain as investors and leaders in the combined business.

Triton IV Continuation Fund Acquires Flokk Group (Innova Capital Exit)

Innova Capital and its minority co-investors sold their stake in Flokk Group as part of a larger transaction that moved four Triton Fund IV portfolio companies (Assemblin, EQOS, Flokk and Unica) into the newly-formed Triton IV Continuation Fund (TIV CF). The deal represents Innova's final exit from its Innova/5 vehicle and transfers majority-held assets into the continuation fund managed by Triton.

Lippert (LCI Industries) Acquires Freedman Seating Company

Lippert Components, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of LCI Industries, has acquired substantially all of the business assets of Freedman Seating Company, a Chicago-based manufacturer of transportation seating solutions. The acquisition expands Lippert’s product offering into seating and vehicle interiors for bus, rail, marine and commercial vehicle markets and preserves Freedman’s Chicago operations.
