LifePort (Tower Arch Capital Portfolio) Acquires PAC Seating Systems

LifePort, a Woodland, Washington-based aerospace interiors company and portfolio company of Tower Arch Capital, has acquired PAC Seating Systems, a Palm City, Florida manufacturer of custom VIP and business-jet seating. The add-on expands LifePort's VIP aircraft interior capabilities, product portfolio and geographic reach; PAC Seating's existing operators Jad Azzi and Hector Marini will remain as investors and leaders in the combined business.

Signia Aerospace Acquires Lifesaving Systems Corp.

Signia Aerospace, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, has acquired Lifesaving Systems Corp., a Florida-based supplier of helicopter and maritime rescue and survival equipment. The acquisition expands Signia's Mission Systems capabilities by adding Lifesaving Systems' rescue hooks, harnesses, litters and other maritime rescue products to its Onboard Systems business for cross-selling and operational integration.

Flokk Acquires Via Seating from Groupe Lacasse

Flokk, a Triton portfolio company and leading European office-seating manufacturer, has acquired US-based Via Seating from Groupe Lacasse. The deal adds Via Seating (headquartered in Reno, Nevada, ~150 employees) to Flokk's brand portfolio as part of its ongoing US buy-and-build strategy to strengthen its North American presence.

Portside Acquires LeaseWorks

Portside, a cloud-based aviation software provider backed by Vista Equity and Insight Venture Partners, has acquired LeaseWorks, a provider of cloud-based lease and asset management software (Aeris suite) for aircraft lessors and airlines. The deal erweitert Portside's product suite into aircraft leasing, enabling expanded lifecycle management capabilities and scale for both organic and inorganic growth.

Liberty Hall Capital Partners Acquires Paxia

Liberty Hall Capital Partners has acquired Paxia, Inc., a Herndon, Virginia–based provider of SaaS onboard services and airline catering management software, from TELEO Capital (which will retain a minority interest). The acquisition is positioned as a platform investment to scale Paxia's product offering and accelerate go-to-market growth within Liberty Hall's aviation software vertical; terms were not disclosed.

Palm Peak Capital Acquires Pacific Shoring Products

Palm Peak Capital completed its first platform investment with the acquisition of Pacific Shoring Products, a Santa Rosa, California-based manufacturer of trench safety and shoring equipment. Stellus Capital Management provided senior debt financing and an equity co-investment to support the transaction; sellers named in announcements include Salt Creek Capital and Huron Capital.
