Waterlogic Acquires Aquamaq in Colombia

Waterlogic, the PE-backed global water dispenser designer and service provider, has acquired Aquamaq, a Bogota-based point-of-use (POU) water dispenser business. The deal expands Waterlogic's Colombian footprint, adds Aquamaq's blue-chip customer base across 131 cities and towns, and brings a 23-employee local team into Waterlogic's platform-driven buy-and-build strategy.

Waterlogic has acquired Aquafree, the largest point-of-use (POU) water dispenser company in Chile, giving Waterlogic its first direct presence in Latin America. The deal brings Aquafree's 21,500 installed dispensers and ~140 employees in Santiago and other regions into Waterlogic's global distribution and service network as part of its buy-and-build strategy (Waterlogic is PE-backed by Castik Capital).

Castik Capital's EPIC I‑b Acquires Controlling Stake in Waterlogic

Castik Capital closed its single-asset EPIC I‑b fund at approximately €700m to acquire a controlling majority stake in Waterlogic from Castik’s earlier EPIC I fund. The recapitalization gives Waterlogic a longer investment horizon and additional capital to pursue its buy‑and‑build strategy and global growth; Waterlogic currently reports c. $400m revenue, EBITDA in excess of $150m and has completed nearly 80 add‑on acquisitions.

Waterlogic Acquires Waterconcept Hungary Kft

Waterlogic Acquires Tipperary Water's Water Cooler Business
