Waterlogic Acquires Aquafree, Chile's Largest Point-of-Use Water Dispenser Company

Waterlogic has acquired Aquafree, the largest point-of-use (POU) water dispenser company in Chile, giving Waterlogic its first direct presence in Latin America. The deal brings Aquafree's 21,500 installed dispensers and ~140 employees in Santiago and other regions into Waterlogic's global distribution and service network as part of its buy-and-build strategy (Waterlogic is PE-backed by Castik Capital).
