Intermediate Capital Group plc (ICG) has agreed to acquire Iver Holding AB, a leading Nordic managed IT services provider, from EQT Private Equity (EQT Mid Market Europe fund). Iver, headquartered in Stockholm with more than 1,300 employees and strong multi-cloud, cybersecurity and IT outsourcing capabilities, was created by EQT through a merger and expanded via multiple add-ons; the transaction is expected to close in August 2021 for an undisclosed amount.

Norvestor Acquires Majority Stake in Xllnc Nordic AB

Norvestor VII L.P., managed by Norvestor Equity AS, has acquired a ~55% majority stake in Xllnc Nordic AB, a Växjö-headquartered provider of IT lifecycle management and device-as-a-service solutions. Management and employees retain the remaining shares; Xllnc has ~200 employees and reported c. SEK 1,300 million in revenue in 2018 as Norvestor supports the company's Nordic growth and service development.

Norvestor Acquires Majority Stake in Wint Group AB

Norvestor IX has signed an agreement to acquire a majority of the shares in Wint Group AB, a Gothenburg-based provider of automated cloud accounting and payroll software for micro and small businesses. Wint generates over SEK 140 million in ARR, serves ~4,500 customers, employs about 100 people, and Norvestor will become the company's largest shareholder following the transaction (expected to close Q4 2024).

Nordic Camping & Resort (Norvestor) Acquires First Camp Sverige Holding AB

Nordic Camping & Resort BidCo AB, indirectly majority owned by private equity firm Norvestor VII L.P., has signed an agreement to acquire First Camp Sverige Holding AB, an operator of 14 camping sites in Sweden and Denmark. The deal creates a new Nordic camping-site group with 40 destinations, approaching SEK 400 million in revenues, roughly 700 employees and about 2.5 million guest nights annually.

Norvestor Acquires Impecta and LOG to Form Green Group Holding AB

Norvestor VIII has signed agreements to acquire Impecta Fröhandel AB and LOG AS through a newly established holding company, Green Group Holding AB, becoming the majority shareholder with ~67% ownership. The combination creates a Nordic horticulture platform combining Impecta’s B2C seed and garden retail expertise with LOG’s B2B wholesale and growing e-commerce capabilities, targeting organic growth and further consolidation across Sweden and Norway.

Norvestor Acquires Majority Stake in Smartvatten (Envera Ltd.)

A fund advised by Norvestor Advisory AS has agreed to acquire a ~60% majority stake in Envera Ltd., the company behind the Smartvatten water-monitoring solution. Smartvatten is a hardware-enabled SaaS provider for real-time water consumption monitoring across 7,000+ buildings in the Nordics and Benelux, headquartered in Espoo, Finland with ~40 employees; existing shareholders including Taaleri Circular Economy Fund and the founders will reinvest and retain the remaining equity.
