Avtex, a Minneapolis-based customer experience (CX) consulting firm, has acquired Automated Voice & Data Solutions (AVDS), a Houston-based contact center and CX communications solutions provider. The acquisition expands Avtex's national coverage by bolstering its presence in the south-central U.S. and combines AVDS' Genesys-focused contact center expertise with Avtex's broader CX services.

Daxtra Acquires PivotCX

The acquisition (closed April 24, 2024) will fold PivotCX’s communications capabilities into the Daxtra product suite to improve candidate engagement and conversion; terms were not disclosed.

Upland Software Acquires InGenius

Upland Software has acquired InGenius, a Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) provider for enterprise contact centers, adding approximately $9 million of annualized revenue. The acquisition expands Upland’s Contact Center Productivity suite by integrating native CTI with its knowledge management and sentiment analysis offerings and is immediately accretive to adjusted EBITDA per share.

Meriplex Acquires CPI Solutions
