Upland Software Acquires InGenius

Upland Software has acquired InGenius, a Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) provider for enterprise contact centers, adding approximately $9 million of annualized revenue. The acquisition expands Upland’s Contact Center Productivity suite by integrating native CTI with its knowledge management and sentiment analysis offerings and is immediately accretive to adjusted EBITDA per share.
