Enghouse Systems Acquires Jinny Software from Acotel Group

Enghouse Systems Limited acquired Jinny Software Limited from Acotel Group S.p.A. for approximately $19.3 million. Jinny, headquartered in Dublin, provides mobile value-added services, rich communications and diameter signaling management solutions (about $24.6M revenue in FY2013 and ~190 employees), and the deal expands Enghouse's product portfolio and geographic footprint.

Upland Software Acquires InGenius

Upland Software has acquired InGenius, a Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) provider for enterprise contact centers, adding approximately $9 million of annualized revenue. The acquisition expands Upland’s Contact Center Productivity suite by integrating native CTI with its knowledge management and sentiment analysis offerings and is immediately accretive to adjusted EBITDA per share.

CTI Group Acquires Silverchip

CTI Group, an LDC-backed digital transformation group headquartered in Manchester, has acquired mobile app and bespoke software agency Silverchip. The acquisition adds mobile app expertise to CTI’s full-service offering and is CTI’s first deal since securing a £25m investment from PE firm LDC, supporting the group’s acquisitive growth strategy.

The deal adds Aculab’s CPaaS, AI-driven answering‑machine detection, voice and face biometrics, and media processing/gateway products to Enghouse’s Interactive portfolio to expand capabilities and product offerings.

Enghouse Systems Acquires Sixbell's Telco Division

Enghouse Systems Limited acquired the telecommunications division ("Sixbell Telco") of Sixbell, a Santiago-headquartered provider of OSS/BSS and network transformation software for Latin American operators. The deal transfers Sixbell's telecom customers, partners and employees to Enghouse and is intended to expand Enghouse's capabilities and presence in the Latin American telecom market.

LDC Invests £25m Minority in CTI Group

LDC has made a £25 million minority growth investment in Manchester-based digital agency CTI Group to support the company's acquisitive growth and international expansion. CTI, which employs around 175 people and reported c. £18m revenue in the last 12 months, will use the capital to expand services, pursue add-on acquisitions in the UK and overseas, and open new offices in the USA, Europe and Asia.
