Myriad360 Acquires Advizex Technologies

Myriad360, a global systems integrator focused on cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and AI, has acquired Advizex Technologies to form an integrated enterprise platform with over $900 million in annual run-rate gross revenue. The deal expands Myriad360’s technical capabilities, geographic reach, and managed services scale, combining Advizex’s enterprise relationships and data/AI expertise with Myriad360’s infrastructure, networking, and security strengths. Terms were not disclosed.

OneDigital Investment Advisors Acquires WealthSource Partners

OneDigital Investment Advisors, the SEC-registered wealth arm of OneDigital, has acquired WealthSource Partners, adding more than $2.0 billion in advisory assets and a 44-person team across nine states to OneDigital's platform. The deal expands OneDigital's wealth-management capabilities and client reach, bringing approximately 2,000 client families into its advisory platform.

WEX Acquires benefitexpress for $275M

Frontier Growth Invests $31M Growth Equity in Wealthbox

Advisor Group Acquires Infinex Financial Holdings

Advisor Group has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Infinex Financial Holdings, the holding company of a broker-dealer that supports banks, credit unions and institution-based advisors. Infinex, headquartered in Meriden, Connecticut, oversees roughly $30 billion in client assets and more than 750 financial professionals; the deal expands Advisor Group's presence in the financial institution channel and is subject to FINRA and other regulatory approvals.
