The acquisition adds composite and thermoplastic manufacturing and materials testing capabilities to Cornerstone's existing metallic manufacturing portfolio to better serve aerospace, defense and space customers.

Certek Acquires GEV Wind Power

Certek, a sector-focused investment vehicle led by David Harrison and supported by Macquarie Group, has acquired GEV Wind Power from Bridges Fund Management. GEV, headquartered in Hessle, East Riding of Yorkshire, is a global specialist in wind turbine rotor blade repair and O&M and will be supported by Certek and GEV management to expand capacity and pursue supply‑chain consolidation; terms were not disclosed.

StandardAero Acquires Aero Turbine Inc.

GenNx360 Capital Partners Acquires Majority Stake in AeroRepair Corp

The transaction represents a sale by Weinberg Capital Group, which had owned AeroRepair since 2012; management will remain in place as GenNx360 pursues organic and inorganic growth initiatives to expand the business.
