StandardAero Acquires Aero Turbine Inc.

StandardAero has acquired Aero Turbine, Inc., a Stockton, California-based provider of military engine and accessories MRO services, from Gallant Capital Partners. The acquisition strengthens StandardAero's military engine and component repair capabilities and adds a fully integrated 60,000+ sq. ft. Stockton facility and nearly 200 technicians to its network.
