Bauer Radio Limited, a subsidiary of Bauer Media Group, has completed the acquisition of the businesses comprising Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings' Europe‑North segment for $625 million. Clear Channel Outdoor received approximately $243 million of net cash proceeds after prepaying outstanding term loans and said it will prioritize using proceeds to reduce leverage and improve its balance sheet.

Link Media Outdoor, a wholly owned subsidiary of Boston Omaha Corporation, purchased the outdoor advertising assets of Thomas Outdoor Advertising, Inc., acquiring 368 billboard faces located in Manhattan and central Kansas. The acquired inventory will be managed from Link's Kansas City office and expands Link's existing Kansas footprint; the sellers included Thomas Outdoor Advertising and family owners Bart Thomas, Layton Thomas and Jim Wells.
