Cable & Wireless Panamá S.A., a 49%-owned subsidiary of Liberty Latin America Ltd., has completed its acquisition of América Móvil's Panama operations (Claro Panamá). The deal combines the two operators' assets to expand coverage and speeds nationwide and to enable further investments in network capacity and new products for Panamanian customers.

ORANGE and MASMOVIL to combine Spanish operations in 50-50 joint venture

ORANGE and MASMOVIL have signed a binding agreement to combine their Spanish businesses into a 50-50 joint venture (LORCA JVCO) based on an enterprise value of €18.6 billion (€7.8bn for ORANGE Spain and €10.9bn for MASMOVIL). The deal, backed by a €6.6bn non‑recourse debt package and expected to generate >€450m of annual synergies by year four, is subject to antitrust and regulatory approvals and is targeted to close by H2 2023, with a path to an IPO under certain conditions.

Global Vía Pública (Global Media US LLC) Acquires Clear Channel Outdoor Businesses in Mexico, Peru and Chile

Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. has completed the sale of its businesses in Mexico, Peru and Chile to Global Media US LLC, doing business as Global Vía Pública, in a simultaneous sign-and-close transaction. Clear Channel received $20 million cash at closing (based on a $34 million enterprise value) and may receive up to an additional $1.25 million in an earn-out; the sale is part of Clear Channel's portfolio optimization to strengthen liquidity and focus on core segments.

Constructel Visabeira Acquires Verità Telecommunications Corporation

Constructel Visabeira, a subsidiary of Grupo Visabeira backed by Goldman Sachs Alternatives, has acquired Verità Telecommunications Corporation, a US-based wireline and wireless services provider headquartered in Plymouth, Michigan. The deal doubles Constructel's US revenues to over $250 million, gives it a strong platform in the Central US telecom services market, and keeps Verità's existing management team in place under CEO Michael A. Falsetti.

Visterra Landscape Group Invests in Liberty Lawn & Landscaping

Visterra Landscape Group announced a strategic investment in New Braunfels, Texas-based Liberty Lawn & Landscaping to establish a new operational hub and expand service coverage across the San Antonio–Austin corridor. Liberty will remain locally led by founders Christy and Tray Rohlf as part of Visterra's national commercial landscaping platform; financial terms were not disclosed.

The divestiture is part of Clear Channel Outdoor's strategy to exit Latin America, simplify its portfolio, and improve liquidity to focus on its U.S. America and Airports businesses and pay down debt.
