MRES Holdings Formed by Merger of Mountain Regional Equipment Solutions, MRES Imports and PIRTEK Salt Lake City

Mountain Regional Equipment Solutions, MRES Imports LLC and PIRTEK Salt Lake City, Inc. merged into a new holding company, MRES Holdings, Inc., to combine sales, marketing and operating efforts across vocational and industrial end markets. The merger closed on August 5, 2021 and the combined organization will continue to operate under the individual brands while integrating service, distribution and mobile hydraulic/hose capabilities to reduce equipment downtime and life-cycle costs for customers.
