Okta has completed the acquisition of Axiom Security, a Tel Aviv–founded, identity-centric Privileged Access Management (PAM) vendor. The deal (closed Sept. 4, 2025) will fold Axiom’s cloud-native PAM capabilities into Okta Privileged Access to expand privileged access controls across cloud, SaaS, and database environments.

Imprivata Acquires Xton Technologies

Imprivata has acquired Xton Technologies to add enterprise-class Privileged Access Management (PAM) capabilities to its digital identity and access management platform, extending control deeper into IT environments and strengthening security for healthcare and other regulated organizations. Xton, founded in 2017, brings the XTAM PAM product that complements Imprivata’s multifactor and single sign-on capabilities and expands vendor privileged access and privileged account/session management functionality.

The acquisition strengthens Thycotic's PAM cloud and remote-access capabilities and supports Zero Trust controls for remote workers and third-party access.

JumpCloud Acquires MacSolution

The deal brings MacSolution's JumpCloud-specific technical and GTM team in-house to accelerate migrations, expand enterprise-ready services, and strengthen channel and MSP execution; terms were not disclosed.

Password Boss Acquires AutoElevate

The acquisition broadens Diligent’s AI-enabled governance, risk and compliance capabilities for global enterprise customers and builds on its recent strategic purchases in the ethics and compliance space.
