The founder will remain in an advisory role and the company will continue to be led by President Spencer Cawker as Trivest supports expansion of Lenworth’s footprint and service capabilities across Canada.

Sentinel Dock & Door Solutions Acquires Door Doctor

Sentinel Dock & Door Solutions, a Trivest-backed Canadian dock and door services platform, has acquired Door Doctor, a Montreal-based provider of commercial overhead door and loading-dock services. The add-on expands Sentinel's footprint into Quebec and Eastern Ontario while allowing Door Doctor to retain its brand and access Sentinel's operational resources.
