Proclinic Acquires Exotec Dentaire

Proclinic, Spain’s largest specialized distributor of dental solutions, has acquired Exotec Dentaire, a Dijon-based manufacturer of value-added products for the dental sector. The acquisition expands Proclinic’s presence in France and supports its international growth strategy; Proclinic is backed by Miura Partners, and the deal was advised by PwC, Deloitte and ADVANT Altana.
