Volaris Group Acquires ASSET InterTech

Volaris Group Inc. has acquired ASSET InterTech, a provider of embedded test, validation and debug solutions for chips and circuit boards. The acquisition marks Volaris' first entry into the Engineering vertical and aims to expand its portfolio of engineering technology firms while preserving ASSET InterTech's brand and management team.
