VTG Acquires ASSETT, Inc.

VTG has acquired ASSETT, Inc., a developer of AI/ML-enabled undersea warfare and unmanned systems technologies, adding submarine sonar acoustics and autonomous systems capabilities to VTG’s naval systems portfolio. ASSETT will be integrated into VTG as a technology development center of excellence with its current leadership retained to continue developing solutions for the U.S. Navy, the Intelligence Community, and other defense customers.
