VTG, a Virginia-based national security solutions provider backed by A&M Capital Partners, has acquired Miklos Systems, Inc. (MSI), a Fairfax, Virginia software and systems engineering firm that serves the Intelligence Community. The deal brings MSI's employee-owned engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and data science capabilities into VTG to deepen technical capabilities and scale mission-focused services for defense and intelligence customers.
