Virtual Technologies Group (VTG), with strategic capital from Jacmel Partners and financing from Brightwood Capital Advisors, has acquired Quotient, Inc., a provider of systems integration, full‑stack software development, cybersecurity and related IT services to U.S. federal agencies. Quotient will operate as a subsidiary of VTG as the combined company expands VTG's government contracting capabilities and broadens its IT managed and professional services offering to a nationwide customer base.
