VTG Acquires Intelligent Shift LLC

VTG has acquired Intelligent Shift LLC, a digital solutions and engineering firm serving the U.S. Intelligence Community, to bolster VTG's systems, software, and digital engineering capabilities. Quotient will operate as a subsidiary of VTG as the combined company expands VTG's government contracting capabilities and broadens its IT managed and professional services offering to a nationwide customer base.
