Rockwell American, a subsidiary of DexKo Global Inc., acquired Fenders N' More from C. Wolfe Industries, Inc., adding a 30-year line of trailer fenders to its product offering. The purchase expands Rockwell's ability to serve utility, horse, cargo and boat trailer manufacturers and is being integrated into Rockwell/DexKo's existing manufacturing and distribution footprint.
