Dexter, a subsidiary of DexKo Global, Inc., has acquired Quality / Century Holdings Corporation (doing business as Rockwell American), a manufacturer and distributor of trailer components based in Azle, Texas. The deal brings Rockwell American’s ~400 employees, five manufacturing sites and 16 distribution branches into the Dexter/DexKo platform, expanding product breadth and aftermarket distribution for trailer components.
