Alchemist Acquires RAIN Group

Alchemist, a London-based learning and development company backed by Horizon Capital, has acquired RAIN Group, a Boston-headquartered sales training firm. The deal is Alchemist’s first follow-on transaction with Horizon and is intended to expand global reach, combine complementary capabilities and drive revenue synergies across leadership and sales training offerings.
