Volaris Group has acquired Infogate AG, a Zurich-based provider of social welfare administration software used by municipalities, cities, social welfare organizations and non-profits across Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Infogate will remain led by Managing Director Michael Brönnimann and will join Volaris' portfolio as its first company in the Social Welfare vertical to accelerate product and market growth.
