Clean Harbors, Inc. acquired Thompson Industrial Services from Reynolda Equity Partners, expanding Clean Harbors' industrial cleaning and maintenance capabilities and adding density across the Southeastern United States. Thompson, a leading provider of hydroblasting, vacuuming and automated industrial cleaning solutions serving paper, mining, power and chemical customers, grew substantially under REP and will bring entrenched, recurring customer relationships to Clean Harbors' platform.

Terex Corporation Acquires Environmental Solutions Group from Dover Corporation

The deal combines Waste Harmonics' tech-enabled waste management platform and nationwide vendor network with Keter's operations to expand capabilities and scale; Waste Harmonics' revenue reportedly nearly quadrupled under Arcapita to approach $400 million.
