Ascend Capital Partners and Kain Capital Back Rendr–Excelsior Combination to Form Integrated Medical Group

Ascend Capital Partners and Kain Capital are backing the combination of Rendr and Excelsior Integrated Medical Group to create a New York City integrated multi-specialty medical group operating under the name Rendr. The combined enterprise will include roughly 200 providers across nearly 100 sites, expand value-based primary and specialty care for NYC's Asian community, and pursue investments in clinical services, facilities and technology.
