Viking Fence Acquires Acorn Waste Solutions

Viking Fence Co., Ltd., backed by Crossplane Capital, has acquired Acorn Waste Solutions, a Gatesville, Texas-based provider of dumpster rental, portable sanitation, and event rental services. The acquisition expands Viking's footprint into Central Texas (I-35 corridor) and adds local waste-management and sanitation capabilities to the Viking platform.

Dallas-based private equity firm Crossplane Capital has acquired a controlling interest in Viking Fence, an Austin-headquartered provider of fence rentals, sanitation rentals, fence installations and complementary building products and services across Texas. Yukon Partners provided mezzanine capital to support the transaction, and Viking owner Sal Chavarria and the company’s management team partnered with Crossplane in the deal to drive the company’s next phase of growth.

Waste Eliminator Acquires Happy Haulers

Waste Eliminator, a metro Atlanta waste and recycling services provider backed by Allied Industrial Partners, has acquired Happy Haulers, a frontload and roll-off operator serving the core Atlanta market. The add-on deal expands Waste Eliminator’s downtown Atlanta footprint, increases route density and strengthens its frontload and municipal solid waste collection capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

Thompson Fabrication LLC Acquires Midwest Dakota Dumpsters

Thompson Fabrication LLC, a PE-backed manufacturer and distributor of waste equipment containers, has acquired Midwest Dakota Dumpsters (MDD), a Castlewood, South Dakota-based maker of waste containers. The deal closed on October 1, 2025 and will integrate MDD's operations and facilities into Thompson's platform to expand its Midwest footprint and manufacturing capacity.

NMS Capital Recapitalizes Texas Pride and Combines with Texas Dumpsters to Form Regional Solid Waste Hauling Platform

NMS Capital partnered with Texas Pride Disposal Solutions and management to recapitalize Texas Pride and combine it with the Texas Dumpsters family of businesses (including West Texas Dumpsters, South Texas Dumpsters and Arizona Portables) to create a regional solid waste hauling platform operating under the Texas Pride name. The investment will support growth through investments in personnel, equipment, technology and additional strategic acquisitions; terms were not disclosed.
