Airtech Group Acquires Champion Valves and Valve & Pump Specialties

Airtech Group, a PE-backed manufacturer of specialty blowers, vacuums, pumps and valves, acquired Champion Valves Inc. and Valve & Pump Specialties, Inc. from founders Gary and Linda Spangler. The deal adds Champion's check and butterfly valve product line to Airtech's US Valve division, expanding its valve portfolio and end-market reach.

IDEX Corporation Acquires KZValve

IDEX Corporation has acquired KZValve, a Greenwood, Nebraska–based manufacturer of waterproof motorized valves, manifolds, controllers and related precision farming components. IDEX Corporation Acquires Muon Group from Rivean Capital for €700 Million

IDEX Corporation has acquired Muon B.V. and its subsidiaries (Muon Group) from private equity owner Rivean Capital for an enterprise value of €700 million. The Netherlands-based Muon Group, a micro-precision components manufacturer with ~580 employees and ~€140 million of 2022 sales, will join IDEX's Health & Science Technologies segment to expand IDEX's precision-technology capabilities and accelerate product development and customer relationships.

Edwards Lifesciences Acquires JenaValve and Endotronix to Expand Structural Heart and Heart Failure Portfolio

IDEX Corporation Acquires Mott Corporation

IDEX Corporation has entered into and completed a definitive agreement to acquire Mott Corporation for $1.0 billion in cash (approximately $900 million net of present-value tax benefits). The acquisition brings Mott's sintered porous metal filtration and flow-control capabilities into IDEX's Health & Science Technologies segment to expand applied materials capabilities across semiconductor, medical, energy, space & defense, and water purification end markets.

Valtech Acquires DigitalESP

Valtech, a global business and technology consulting group, has agreed to acquire U.S.-based DigitalESP in a full stock-swap transaction. The deal will integrate DigitalESP into Valtech's North American unit (headquartered in Addison, Texas) to expand Valtech's IBM WebSphere capabilities and strengthen its presence in the U.S. insurance and financial services markets.
