Quala has acquired two tank wash facilities in California — a facility in Oakland formerly operated by HTI and a facility in Walnut formerly operated by Bulk Transportation — expanding its service footprint in Northern and Southern California. AqueoUS Vets Acquires Dixie Tank Company

AqueoUS Vets, a Bain Capital Double Impact–backed water treatment systems manufacturer, has acquired Dixie Tank Company, a Jacksonville-based fabricator of carbon and stainless-steel tanks and ASME pressure vessels. The acquisition gives AqueoUS Vets an East Coast manufacturing base to expand pressure vessel production, refurbishment, and service capabilities across the eastern U.S.; financial terms were not disclosed.

TFI International Acquires Toronto Tank Lines

TFI International Inc. has acquired Toronto Tank Lines (TTL), a Hamilton, Ontario–based specialist in transporting and storing food-grade liquids, industrial chemicals, specialty oils and waxes. TTL will operate as a standalone business unit within TFI, adding tank storage, transloading and specialized liquid-freight capabilities to TFI’s North American tanker network.

Tanknology Inc., a subsidiary of D&H United Fueling Solutions and a global provider of environmental compliance testing and fuel-quality services, has acquired Northwest Tank and Environmental Services, a Woodinville, Washington–based provider of underground storage tank compliance services and meter calibrations. The acquisition expands Tanknology's geographic capacity in the U.S. Northwest, adds technical staff and capabilities, and enables the combined company to offer additional proprietary testing and inspection services.

MidOcean Partners Acquires QualiTech
