The deals increase Quala's capacity in Jacksonville and give the company a dedicated food-grade cleaning facility in central California.

Boasso Global and Quala announced a definitive agreement to merge their complementary liquid-bulk container cleaning, depot and maintenance businesses, creating a leading infrastructure services provider for the liquid bulk logistics industry. The transaction is supported by a new growth capital investment from KKR (via its Global Infrastructure Investors IV fund), which will purchase shares from Advent International and fund the strategic combination to expand geographic footprint and service capabilities across North America and Europe.

Tanknology Inc., a subsidiary of D&H United Fueling Solutions and a global provider of environmental compliance testing and fuel-quality services, has acquired Northwest Tank and Environmental Services, a Woodinville, Washington–based provider of underground storage tank compliance services and meter calibrations. The acquisition expands Tanknology's geographic capacity in the U.S. Northwest, adds technical staff and capabilities, and enables the combined company to offer additional proprietary testing and inspection services.
