Quantix (Wind Point Partners) Acquires Mid-States Packaging

Quantix, a Wind Point Partners portfolio company, has acquired Mid-States Packaging, a full‑service dry bulk transportation, warehousing and export services company with eleven locations across Texas, the Northeast and the Mid‑Atlantic. The add‑on bolsters Quantix’s geographic footprint and strengthens its warehousing and trucking transportation operations serving chemical producers and distributors.

Quantix Acquires Space City Services

Quantix, a Wind Point Partners portfolio company, has acquired Space City Services, a regional transporter of hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals and waste materials across the Gulf Coast. The deal expands Quantix's chemical and waste materials transportation capabilities and is the eleventh acquisition for Quantix under Wind Point's ownership.

Quantix Acquires CLX Logistics

Quantix SCS, a Wind Point Partners portfolio company, has acquired CLX Logistics, a Blue Bell, Pennsylvania-based provider of chemical-focused transportation management systems, managed services, liquid bulk 3PL and analytics. The deal expands Quantix's capabilities in liquid bulk and technology, creating a combined chemical-focused 3PL platform with more than $2 billion in logistics spend, approximately 5,400 owned assets, 40+ distribution centers and rail terminals, and 3,300 partner carrier relationships.

Quantix SCS Acquires Delaware Express Co.

Quantix SCS, a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners, has acquired Delaware Express Co., a family-owned regional provider of dry and liquid bulk trucking headquartered in Elkton, Maryland. The add-on expands Quantix's specialized fleet and strengthens its Mid‑Atlantic footprint and dry/liquid bulk capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

Wind Point / Velocity Rail Solutions Acquires Liquid Tech Solutions

Wind Point Partners has combined Liquid Tech Solutions (LTS) with its portfolio company Velocity Rail Solutions, creating the largest route-based, mobile on-site refueling platform in North America. Yukon Partners provided junior capital to support the merger; Lindsay Goldberg sold LTS to the combined Wind Point/Velocity platform. The combined business will scale services across rail and other mission-critical end markets and pursue further organic growth and add-on acquisitions.

A&R Logistics Acquires Plantgistix

Wind Point Partners portfolio company A&R Logistics has acquired Plantgistix Holdings, a Houston-area provider of packaging, warehousing and export services for the plastic resin industry. The deal adds three Houston facilities and resin-handling capabilities to A&R's chemical export platform, advancing its multi-port export strategy and complementing recent East Coast expansions.
