Quantix (Wind Point Partners) Acquires Mid-States Packaging

Quantix, a Wind Point Partners portfolio company, has acquired Mid-States Packaging, a full‑service dry bulk transportation, warehousing and export services company with eleven locations across Texas, the Northeast and the Mid‑Atlantic. The add‑on bolsters Quantix’s geographic footprint and strengthens its warehousing and trucking transportation operations serving chemical producers and distributors.

Quantix Acquires CLX Logistics

Quantix SCS, a Wind Point Partners portfolio company, has acquired CLX Logistics, a Blue Bell, Pennsylvania-based provider of chemical-focused transportation management systems, managed services, liquid bulk 3PL and analytics. The deal expands Quantix's capabilities in liquid bulk and technology, creating a combined chemical-focused 3PL platform with more than $2 billion in logistics spend, approximately 5,400 owned assets, 40+ distribution centers and rail terminals, and 3,300 partner carrier relationships.

Quantix (Wind Point Portfolio) Acquires G&W Tanks

Quantix, a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners, has acquired G&W Tanks, a provider of ISO tank transportation, repair, storage depot, wash and loading services with locations in Charleston, South Carolina and Savannah, Georgia. The add-on strengthens Quantix's Southeast footprint and establishes its ISO tank platform, building on Wind Point's value-creation plan for Quantix.

Quantix SCS Acquires Delaware Express Co.

Quantix SCS, a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners, has acquired Delaware Express Co., a family-owned regional provider of dry and liquid bulk trucking headquartered in Elkton, Maryland. The add-on expands Quantix's specialized fleet and strengthens its Mid‑Atlantic footprint and dry/liquid bulk capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

Space City Services Acquires TIBC Rentals and Transportation

Houston-based Space City Services completed the acquisition of La Porte–based TIBC Rentals and Transportation, adding more than 400 containers (frac tanks, roll-off boxes and vacuum boxes) and the TIBC management team. The deal expands Space City Services' environmental and industrial storage and transport capabilities across the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast as part of its ongoing growth-through-acquisition strategy.

Seatex Acquires ChemQuest Chemicals

Seatex, a specialty chemical manufacturer backed by Cotton Creek Capital, has acquired ChemQuest Chemicals, a custom toll manufacturer headquartered in Pasadena, Texas. The deal, completed in September 2022, expands Seatex's production capacity and technical capabilities while providing continuity for ChemQuest customers; Edgewater Capital Partners, ChemQuest's private equity owner, sold the business.
