Percheron Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Caliber Car Wash

Percheron Capital has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Caliber Car Wash, a leading express conveyor car wash platform with more than 50 existing and pipeline locations. Founders Mac McCall and Danny York will remain significant equity holders and continue to lead the company, while Eagle Merchant Partners will exit its prior majority position but retain a minority interest; financial terms were not disclosed.

Eagle Merchant Partners Invests in Caliber Car Wash

Atlanta-based private equity firm Eagle Merchant Partners announced a growth investment in Caliber Car Wash to accelerate new unit development and membership growth. At the time of the deal Caliber operated seven express car wash locations across the Southeast with more than 15,000 monthly members; Source Capital provided debt financing to support the expansion.

WhiteWater Express Acquires Rev Car Wash

WhiteWater Holding Company, LLC (WhiteWater), a Houston-based express car wash platform backed by SkyKnight Capital, has acquired Rev Car Wash, LLC, a Dallas-based operator, adding three locations in Plano, Garland, and Rowlett. The deal expands WhiteWater's footprint to 15 locations across Texas and Oklahoma; Rev's sites will be converted to the WhiteWater brand and operated by WhiteWater's existing management team while Rev's management and employees remain with the business.
