Percheron Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Caliber Car Wash

Percheron Capital has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Caliber Car Wash, a leading express conveyor car wash platform with more than 50 existing and pipeline locations. Founders Mac McCall and Danny York will remain significant equity holders and continue to lead the company, while Eagle Merchant Partners will exit its prior majority position but retain a minority interest; financial terms were not disclosed.
