The acquisition expands DocuPhase's document management and workflow capabilities and enables the combined company to serve a broader range of customers across financial services, government, and K–12 education.

The acquisition expands DocuPhase's AP and payment automation capabilities, creates cross-sell opportunities into enterprise finance teams, and positions the combined offering as an end-to-end solution for the office of the CFO.
