Case Facilities Management Solutions and Canada-based Landscape Effects Property Management have completed a merger to form a cross-border exterior facility services platform backed by private equity firm The Halifax Group. The combined company will leverage Case FMS's proprietary technology and LFX's Canadian operations to offer landscaping, snow management and other exterior services across more than 21,000 sites in the U.S. and Canada.
