MAPAL Group, a PSG-backed European hospitality software provider, has acquired Easilys, a France-based multi-site restaurant and kitchen management software provider. The add-on deal expands MAPAL's back-of-house product suite and strengthens its presence in France and Europe, combining Easilys' procurement, inventory and recipe management capabilities with MAPAL's MAPAL OS platform.
