Eurazeo's mid-large buyout team has entered exclusive negotiations to acquire a majority stake in Mapal from PSG Equity, with Mapal's management and employees investing alongside Eurazeo and PSG Equity retaining a minority stake. Mapal is a Madrid-headquartered, AI-powered hospitality SaaS provider serving thousands of customers and tens of thousands of venues; the investment will support Mapal's international growth and product development and is subject to customary approvals.

Providence Strategic Growth (PSG), the growth equity affiliate of Providence Equity Partners, has completed a growth investment in MAPAL Software, a Madrid-based developer of restaurant management and business analytics software. The capital will support MAPAL's international expansion across Europe, Latin America and the U.S. while the existing management team, led by founder Jorge Lurueña, remains in place.
