ADIA and CapitalG Acquire Minority Stakes in TeamSystem

A wholly owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) and CapitalG, Alphabet’s growth fund, have agreed to acquire minority stakes in Italian business-software provider TeamSystem. Hellman & Friedman will remain the majority shareholder; the investments will support TeamSystem’s product expansion and international growth and are expected to close in Q1 2024 subject to customary conditions.

SoFi Technologies Acquires Technisys

The deal will integrate Technisys with SoFi's Galileo business to create an end-to-end, vertically integrated banking technology stack and expand SoFi's addressable market across Latin America and other regions.

saas.group Acquires Pipeline CRM

Accenture Acquires SYSTEMA

Accenture has acquired SYSTEMA, a Dresden-based provider of software solutions and consulting services for manufacturing automation, including deep expertise with semiconductor manufacturers. The SYSTEMA team of more than 240 employees will join Accenture's Industry X practice to expand Accenture's manufacturing automation, MES integration and industrial data/analytics capabilities in Germany and Europe; terms were not disclosed.
