Westbridge Capital Acquires Berg Industrial Service, Inc.

Westbridge Capital Ltd. has completed the acquisition of Berg Industrial Service, Inc., a 50-year-old, second-generation family business headquartered in Ontario that designs, installs and services industrial chilling systems and operates an associated engineering and fabrication business. The transaction includes a 10% equity participation by the Westbridge Capital Partners Income Trust. Management continuity was announced with Mark Edwards continuing as CEO, Rebecca Carothers joining as COO, and Michael Turner joining the board.

Bertram Capital Acquires AFC Industries from Incline Equity Partners

Bertram Capital announced the acquisition of Fairfield, Ohio-based AFC Industries, a distributor of fasteners and C-parts and provider of vendor-managed inventory and value-added kitting/assembly services. AFC was sold by Incline Equity Partners; financial terms were not disclosed. Bertram said it will leverage its Bertram Labs technology and operational playbook to accelerate AFC's organic and acquisitive growth across its North American footprint.

Polycorp Acquires Burke Industries from Mannington Mills

Polycorp, a portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners, has acquired Burke Industries Inc. from Mannington Mills. The deal expands Polycorp's manufacturing footprint and technical capabilities in engineered elastomeric solutions, while Mannington will continue to manufacture Burke rubber flooring products at its Florida and Georgia facilities.
