Kohlberg & Company has acquired Ob Hospitalist Group (OBHG) from Gryphon Investors. OBHG, headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina, is the nation’s largest provider of dedicated obstetric hospitalist programs with a network of over 1,100 clinicians serving ~200 hospitals across 34 states; management remains with the company and retains a significant stake.
