Behavioral Health Group (BHG), a Vistria-backed national operator of outpatient opioid treatment centers, has acquired Center for Behavioral Health (CBH), a provider with 20 outpatient treatment centers across eight states. The acquisition expands BHG’s geographic footprint (adding presence in five new states) and increases its scale to roughly 116 treatment facilities and two labs nationwide.
