The combined management platform will create one of the largest U.S. senior housing operators (managing roughly 27,000 units across 36 states) to drive operational improvements, technology investment, and better outcomes for residents and capital partners.

Lee Equity said it will work with management to accelerate growth into hospitality, workforce housing, senior living and other verticals through organic initiatives and acquisitions.
