Founder Kent McCool will continue as General Manager and Home Safe Homes will operate under the Lifeway Mobility name, expanding Lifeway's coverage and home-modification capabilities in central Indiana.

Prior shareholders McCarthy Capital and Martis Capital were the company's previous sponsors; the transaction was advised by Lincoln International and financed in part with debt provided to Cressey.
