Pfingsten, a Chicago-based private equity firm, acquired Engineered Specialties, LLC d.b.a. RapidAir on July 19, 2019. RapidAir, headquartered in Auburndale, Wisconsin, manufactures and distributes compressed air piping systems and will partner with Pfingsten to invest in people, infrastructure, product development and pursue strategic add-on acquisitions.
