Quad Innovations LLC has acquired Stoutco, Inc., a Bristol, Indiana-based metal fabricator serving bus, cargo trailer and RV OEM markets. The purchase transfers ownership from co-owners Ron Mason and Brian Conwell to Quad, which expects to expand geographic coverage, operational capacity and product capabilities to better serve existing and new customers.
