Stronghouse, a national exterior home-services platform backed by O2 Investment Partners, has acquired Centurion Exteriors, a Fort Wayne, Indiana-based provider of roofing, windows and exterior remodeling services. The add-on expands Stronghouse's footprint into Indiana and Northwestern Ohio and will provide Centurion with centralized operations, capital and technology support to scale locally.

Huron Capital Merges Northwest Pallet and Prime Woodcraft

Huron Capital made an additional equity investment in its pallet platform, Northwest Pallet Holdings, and combined Northwest Pallet with Prime Woodcraft Inc. The merged company will be headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois, with Jack Donnell serving as President and CEO and Prime founder Ansir Junaid remaining a board member and significant shareholder.

CPC Acquires Paramount Apparel International

Paramount, founded in 1929 and known for its Imperial headwear brand and Global Brand Solutions division, employs over 500 people across six Missouri facilities; the founding families retained ownership at the Paramount level and received an ownership interest in CPC.

Huron Capital's Rampart Exterior Services Acquires Independent Roofing Systems

Huron Capital’s commercial roofing platform Rampart Exterior Services completed its inaugural add-on acquisition with the purchase of Independent Roofing Systems, a central Mississippi commercial roofing contractor. The deal was supported with financing and an equity co-investment led by Monroe Capital; Independent’s existing leadership will remain in place as Rampart integrates the company into its buy-and-build strategy.

Renovus Capital Partners Acquires Superior Health Holdings

Empowered Ventures Acquires Paramount Plastics

The transaction transfers ownership to Empowered Ventures' ESOP as part of a founder succession plan, with Paramount's employees joining the employee-ownership program.
